Online dispute resolution under Art. 14 (1) ODR Regulation

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. It can serve as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchase or service contracts. The platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
